The Dog N' Bone is a traditional British Pub open seven days a week which is complete with darts (steel tip of course), cribbage, billiards and chess. The tele is tuned to football (soccer) matches. The pub's atmosphere is absolutely authentic from decor to beer selection. Beers on tap include Guiness , New Castle ("Newky Brown") , Boddington's (Boddy's), Smithwicks (Smitty's), Stella Artois, Bass Pale Ale, Harp Lager, Blue Moon, Yuengling, Magners Hard Cider, and Carlsberg. While Britain is the theme, flags from various countries drape over the bar, embracing an international clientele. Everyone is welcome!

The Dog N’ Bone British Pub offers the finest in live music entertainment, imported and domestic draught beer and cider, imported and domestic bottled beer and cider, open mic nights, trivia, “Dog House” specials, sports, and of course, hospitality. You won’t find this level of service and selection at just any bar. The Dog N' Bone British Pub opened its doors on Tuesday, February 24, 2004. While it has only been open for a short time, this hub of excitement in Central Brevard County has developed quite a strong following. The "regulars" are well established with new friends joining the crowd weekly. The pub is located in the heart of historic Cocoa Village, which has come alive in recent years with the opening of new specialty shops, dining and entertainment venues that keep the community hopping until the wee hours. One of the owners, Simon Wells, is from England. The other two, identical twins David and Richard Lemon, were born in Greece. The three have been friends for years, having met for the first time playing darts at Paddy Cassidy's in Cocoa Beach where Simon and his wife Tracy were working. They had always kidded that they should open a bar together. Then the current residence of The Dog N' Bone came available and they decided to make a go of it. Because the group wanted to move quickly to set up the business, the group conducted most of their negotiations, plans and purchasing decisions on the phone. "Dog and Bone" is Cockney slang for telephone, so that's how the Dog N' Bone got its name.
